Jenny
M Lewis is a Senior Research Fellow in the Department of Political
Science at the University of Melbourne, Australia, with an honorary appointment
at the Centre for the Study of Health and Society, in the Universitys
School of Population Health. She has taught health politics and policy,
public policy, sociology, and research methods, has published widely in
academic journals on health policy, governance, and professions, and worked
for state government in a number of different roles and as a consultant.
She received an Excellence in Health Promotion Research commendation from
the Victorian Health Promotion Foundation in 2004. With Mark Considine
she was awarded the Marshall E Dimock prize for the best article in Public
Administration Review for 1999.
